Amendment of section 56 of the principal enactment

5. Section 56 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows :
(a) by the substitution, for the definition of "superintendent", of the following definition :- '
(b) by the insertion, immediately after the definition of "prescribed", of the following new definition :-
