| 29. In case of any accident or emergency involving danger to any property at any place where timber is detained or kept by any forest officer for the purposes of this Ordinance, every person employed at such place, whether by the Crown or by any private person, shall render assistance to any forest officer or police officer demanding his aid, in averting such danger and securing such property from damage or loss. |
