Local Authorities Elections (Amendment) Act (No. 15 of 1965) - Sect 5

Amendment of section 8 of the principal enactment. [ 3, 15 of 1965.]

5. Section 8 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution, for paragraph (b) of that section, of the following new paragraph :-
" (b) he was, on the first day of June in the year of the commencement of the preparation or revision of that register, ordinarily resident in that ward or any other ward of the same electoral area.".
