Amendment of section 9 of the principal enactment. [ 4, 9 of 1963.] [ 4, 15 of 1965.] [ 4, 9 of 1963.]

6. Section 9 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section-

(a) by the substitution, in paragraph (b) for the words " twenty-one years", of the words " eighteen years " ;

(b) by the omission of paragraph (c) ; and

	"(dd) is a member of any other local authority; or ".
