Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka Act (No. 35 of 2002) - Sect 20

Evidence of documents

20. A copy of any rule, order award, direction or other document made by or in the custody of the Commission and certified by the Chairman to be a true copy thereof shall, in any court, be evidence of the rule, order, award, direction or other document without proof of the signature of the Chairman.
