| 21. Any person who without lawful authority contravenes or fails to comply with an order, award or direction of the Commission shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate to a fine not exceeding one million rupees and where the offence is a continuing offence to an additional fine of five hundred thousand rupees for each day during which such contravention continues. |
