Rent Restriction (Amendment) Act (No. 12 of 1966) - Sect 12

Amendment of section 22 of the principal Act [ 3, 2 of 1864.]

12. Section 22 of the principal Act is hereby amended by the repeal of subsection (1) of that section and the substitution therefor of the following subsection :-
" (1) The remuneration and allowances payable to a member of the Board of Review or of any Rent Control Board or to an authorized officer within the meaning of subsection (1) of section 25 and the travelling expenses payable to any person referred to in paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of this section shall be paid out of moneys provided by Parliament for the purpose.
